Dear future friend,
If you're pregnant or thinking about it, I want this site to give you help and encouragement, especially if your pregnancy is more complicated than you bargained for.

I’m Tracy Papa, and I am a board-certified Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist (perinatologist) in Fort Worth, Texas. I received my medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed my residency there. I received my Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
I am married to Frank; we have four children and two dogs. In my free time, I enjoy cycling and cooking. I am also a pastry chef and share recipes here on the site and on my YouTube channel.
I write about pregnancy issues of all kinds, trying to simplify dilemmas and focus on them from patients’ perspectives. I also share the stories of their challenges, their grace, and their courage. All patients’ names have been changed or used with permission where indicated.
