We all know we should be exercising, right? We all know that exercise improves high blood pressure and diabetes, boost energy, and lives our mode. So if we know all this, why is it that most of us do not have a regular exercise have it? As a physician here are some of the reasons I hear most often from my patients:
- I don’t have time to exercise
- I’m too tired
- I can’t afford the gear
On a personal level, what I find most frustrating about exercise is knowing which of all the trends are actually worth doing. So how do you know what kind of exercise is best, and what kind of exercise you should be doing, and how much exercise you really need?
This week, I will be answering the most frequently asked questions about exercise I hear in my practice!
